The simple rules for using PaneSlide.

By using PaneSlide (the website and game at paneslide.github.io and any future domain of ours) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using the game
PaneSlide is free for personal, non-commercial use. You do not need an account. You may play as much as you like, share your results and link to any page of the site.
Please do not:
- copy, re-host or sell the game, its puzzles, art, music or guides as your own;
- try to break, overload or interfere with the website, or use automated tools to scrape it in bulk;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
Your progress
Progress is saved only in your browser's local storage. It can be lost if you clear your browser data, use private browsing, or change device. Use Settings → Progress code to keep a backup. We cannot restore progress for you, because we never receive it.
Shards, stars, badges and shop items in PaneSlide are part of the game only. They cannot be bought with money, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred outside the game.
Our content
The game code, puzzles, illustrations, sounds, music and guide articles are original works of PaneSlide and are protected by copyright. The font Fredoka is used under the SIL Open Font License. "PaneSlide" and its logo are our names and marks; please do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse something we do not.
You may quote short parts of our guides with a link back to the page.
Advertising and other websites
In the future the site may show ads served by Google AdSense, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Ads and links to other websites are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
No warranty
PaneSlide is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or that puzzles and guides will meet every expectation. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Health note
Like any screen game, take breaks, and stop if you feel eye strain or discomfort. PaneSlide is made for fun and does not provide medical or therapeutic advice.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time, and we will change the date at the top when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
